Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Lovable 2 Live ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Lovable 2 Live provides software development services including but not limited to: converting Lovable-built web applications to production-grade MVPs, native mobile app conversion, codebase audits, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance. All services are subject to individual project agreements.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide timely access to their existing codebase, project requirements, and any credentials necessary for the completion of work. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables produced by Lovable 2 Live are transferred to the client. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client code, business logic, and proprietary information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute client data to third parties without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lovable 2 Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that deliverables will be error-free. We provide a reasonable warranty period (as outlined in project agreements) during which bugs introduced by our work will be resolved at no additional cost.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
